member must be LANA certified or must be registered to sit for the exam. LANA certification requirements: Possess a current and unrestricted U.S. state license or registration or equivalent Canadian provincial or territorial license or registration as an OT, PT. Provide documented evidence of successful completion of 135 classroom hours of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) course work. Provide evidence of one year hands-on experience using Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) in direct patient care following the completion of the CDT coursework. Position requires that the individual promotes a professional welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care standards offered to clients, patients, and family members.

This is a full time (40 hour a week) position for a licensed physical therapist in the State of Tennessee to be the primary physical therapist in the Vanderbilt Lymphedema Therapy Program . Therapist must have certification in an approved lymphedema program, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with at least one full year of lymphedema experience. 
Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient environment to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Actively collaborate with the health care/educational team to meet patient care, outcomes and system improvement objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience.  Candidates with 5 years experience preferred;  Lymphedema certification and 1 year of lymphedema treatment developing or running program preferred.
